TC Group is the Italian group specializing in Event Technology and Full Event Production, dedicated to the design and delivery of corporate events, conventions, meetings, product launches, institutional and association conferences, as well as live, hybrid and digital experiences.

SERVICES

The Group brings together specialized expertise and Business Units:

1. Tecnoconference, established in 1983, providing audio, video, lighting, technical direction and scenic setup services, with an in-house carpentry workshop;
2. MeetBit, established in 2001, a software house dedicated to developing IT and digital solutions for events;
3. WH Factory, established in 2024, specializing in digital registration, access control, attendance tracking and data analysis through proprietary CRM and Business Intelligence platforms.

With its “One Team, Many Services” approach, TC Group serves as a single point of contact throughout the entire event lifecycle, from planning to production, integrating audio, video, lighting, IT, software, scenic design and creative services.

With operational offices and warehouses in Florence, Milan and Rome, more than 4,000 square metres of infrastructure and a network of over 200 specialized professionals, we deliver more than 1,500 events every year in Italy and abroad.

International affiliations and ISO certifications in quality, safety, and sustainability, combined with proven expertise in managing complex events, make TC Group a reliable, solid, and innovative technology partner.

ROME HEADQUARTERS

Rome is one of TC Group’s key target markets. Our established presence in the capital and the experience we’ve gained in managing conferences, conventions, and institutional events allow us to work closely with PCOs, agencies, companies, associations, institutions, and major conference venues, offering comprehensive support from the planning phase through to the execution of the event.

Our knowledge of the venues, operational requirements, and the specific characteristics of the local market is combined with our ability to mobilize resources and expertise from across the entire group, ensuring scalability, operational continuity, and unified technical and production coordination.

VENUE TECHNICAL PROVIDER

TC Group, in a joint venture with TCE and AV Set, is the leading provider of technical audio and video services at the facilities of EUR S.p.A. | Roma Convention Center La Nuvola, the Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome, and MAXXI – National Museum of 21st-Century Arts.

NETWORK

The Group is the only Italian company in the Congress Rental Network that specializes in managing BOSCH simultaneous interpretation and conference systems; it is also an affiliated technology partner of AV Alliance.
